La relation de service au cœur des modèles d'emploi industriels

Abstract

À partir d'observations et d'entretiens concernant une usine de fabrication de camions, nous identifions des "indices" de la diffusion de la relation de service dans le modèle d'emploi industriel, notamment au travers du couplage lean / "figure du client". Un retour sur des travaux antérieurs nous permet de préciser la définition et les caractéristiques de la relation de service et de reconsidérer sous cet éclairage les investigations précédentes. Enfin, nous nous intéressons aux relations qui s'établissent entre l'entreprise et son territoire local et régional, en nous interrogeant sur leur influence sur les contradictions précédemment mises en lumière et sur les opportunités qu'elles peuvent éventuellement ouvrir pour les résoudre.
