Présentation de critères de gestion : la démarche de l'EPRD-EGESS

Abstract

La gestion hospitalière doit se montrer rigoureuse dans ses démarches, tout d'abord pour elle-même mais aussi parce qu'elle doit convaincre le milieu médical de collaborer à la recherche et à la mise en oeuvre de bonnes pratiques médico-économiques. On constate pourtant que de nombreuses notions fondamentales d'analyse et de gestion financières restent présentées à partir de définitions souvent floues. Il en est ainsi des critères de marge brute, de capacité d'autofinancement, de flux nets de trésorerie... Nous souhaitons présenter une définition précise des concepts proposés afin de favoriser la prise en main des outils de gestion à la fois par les gestionnaires et par les soignants. Pour cela, nous allons préciser dans un premier temps les choix financiers que nous retenons avant de décrire l'enchaînement de tableaux qui en résulte puis de proposer des critères d'analyse favorisant une approche qui se veut simple tout en restant efficace.
