Abstract

Entreprendre une démarche de RSE pour une entreprise internationale signifie aller au-delà de la législation sociale et environnementale. Si les motivations des entreprises vis-à-vis de la RSE sont variées, la question du périmètre de la RSE dans les politiques de mobilité internationale reste en suspens pour les grands groupes interrogés. Cet article propose une analyse approfondie des implications d'une responsabilité sociale partielle dans la gestion induite voire dissonante de leurs cadres seniors expatriés au Mexique et au Brésil.
