Abstract

Le financement des hôpitaux ne dépend plus de l'habileté à tendre la sébile auprès du ministère, mais prend en compte la nécessaire efficience du fonctionnement de l'activité de soin, c'est à dire la meilleure qualité du service rendu au patient associée à la lutte contre les gaspillages. L'activité des soignants constitue la base de ce financement et il serait inacceptable pour la collectivité que l'utilisation des recettes qui en résultent n'impliquent pas qu'oon en "rende compte". Les différentes techniques de benchmarking, comprises comme comparaison par rapport à une référence nationale, constituent l'axe fort de cette restitution des résultats. Cet ouvrage décrit de façon détaillée les outils et démarches de la comptabilité analytique hospitalière, se fondant sur les nouveaux guides 2013 pour développer en particulier les tableaux coûts casemix (TCCM) et les comptes de résultat analytique (CRéA)
