Abstract

Les démarches de labellisation et la mise en place de la traçabilité sont devenues des moyens incontournables pour promouvoir les principes du développement durable dans la forêt française qui souffre d'une sous exploitation de ses richesses naturelles, ce qui menace sa compétitivité économique et sa biodiversité. Cependant, choisir une technologie de traçabilité adaptée aux conditions de la forêt et qui ne nécessite pas un changement organisationnel radical, reste un défi majeur pour les supply chain forestières en France. Dans cet article, nous allons présenté une partie des résultats de la première phase d'un projet de mise en place d'un système de traçabilité forestière en France, qui a consisté à recensé, caractérisé et évalué les technologies les plus utilisées dans la filière forestière, afin d'aider les entreprises de la filière en France à appréhender la complexité des technologies existantes et adopter le système de traçabilité qui répond à la fois à leurs besoins et aux besoin de leurs partenaires supply chain.
