Abstract

Le Revenu Contractualisé d'Autonomie pour les Jeunes-Diplômés est un dispositif expérimental s'adressant à des diplômés de l'enseignement supérieur en difficulté d'insertion professionnelle. Son originalité est de combiner une allocation garantie sur une année avec un accompagnement intensif à la recherche d'emploi. Une évaluation qualitative de ce dispositif révèle que sa principale valeur ajoutée réside dans l'accompagnement, qui vient combler un manque dans l'offre des services de l'emploi pour ces publics. En revanche, l'expérimentation est peu concluante sur l'allocation peu appropriée dans sa forme expérimentale à la réalité et à la diversité des besoins.
