Abstract

Quels sont les enjeux des fusions et acquisitions ? Recherche de synergies, élargissement des marchés pertinents, réalisation d'économies de dimension, création de valeur actionnariale ? Pourquoi beaucoup de F&A échouent-elles ? Comment les autorités de la concurrence interviennent-elles dans les F&A ? Cet ouvrage répond notamment à ces questions en adoptant un point de vue assez large puisqu'on y trouvera aussi bien une analyse de l'influence du contexte macroéconomique sur les F&A qu'une présentation de leurs modalités techniques et financières. Ce livre intéressera aussi bien les économistes que les gestionnaires et les juristes.
