Les tensions dans la relation d'emploi des cadres logistiques seniors face au culte de la performance

Abstract

Le management de la diversité est une réalité aux multiples facettes dans le secteur de la logistique. Au sein de la supply chain, la mobilisation forte des salariés seniors et de l'encadrement s'accompagne pour les entreprises les plus innovantes d'un plan d'action senior. Les priorités de ce plan concernent le maintien dans l'emploi des seniors ainsi que l'amélioration de leurs conditions de travail. Notre étude prend pour base une plateforme logistique d'un grand magasin suédois d'ameublement ayant mis en place un tel plan et le service procurement d'une entreprise japonaise en France peu enclin à la gestion de la diversité. Les résultats de cette étude exploratoire laissent apparaitre des comportements au travail contrastés avec pour certains un épanouissement affiché des seniors et pour d'autres une souffrance au travail tenace renforcée par la logique performance.
