Les aides à domicile : un salariat isolé et émietté qui préfigure le salariat de demain ?

Abstract

L'aide à domicile auprès des personnes dites fragiles est un secteur qui a été largement consolidé par les associations. De ce fait, elles ont participé à la construction d'un modèle salarial associatif original (partie I). Toutefois, la tendance à considérer ces activités comme des "gisements d'emploi" a bousculé et fragilisé ce modèle d'emploi : c'est un autre modèle salarial qui s'impose aujourd'hui (partie II). Le travail d'analyse et de compréhension de ce salariat et de ses évolutions s'avère incontournable si l'on veut comprendre les transformations structurelles du salariat aujourd'hui : en effet, des "indices" de diffusion de ce modèle salarial au-delà de l'aide à domicile se multiplient (partie III).
