Abstract

Le management socio-économique vise à réduire les coûts cachés d'une structure en régulant certains dysfonctionnements mis au jour. Exemple avec l'application de la méthode à une pharmacie hospitalière. La théorie socio-économique a été développée par Henri Savall fondateur de l'Institut de socio-économie des entreprises et des organisations (ISEOR) en 1975. Celle-ci permet d'observer l'interaction entre les structures de l'organisation (physiques, technologiques, organisationnelles, démographiques et mentales) et les comportements (individuels, de groupe, d'activité, d'affinité, catégoriels ou collectifs) de ses acteurs. Cette interaction représente les pulsations vitales de l'organisation et ses anomalies. Il s'agit de concilier la performance économique et la valorisation de son potentiel humain pour permettre une meilleure rentabilité de l'organisation et de ses services...
