Abstract

Les établissements publics sont de plus en plus touchés par les problématiques du changement. En effet, la modernisation des institutions publiques est devenue un enjeu majeur des politiques publiques d'aujourd'hui. Cet objectif les conduit à se diriger vers le développement de partenariats avec des entreprises privées et ce, dans de nombreux domaines. L'émergence des partenariats publics-privés nous invite donc à nous interroger sur les apports d'une telle relation, notamment en termes de performance des organisations. Depuis 1988, l'ISEOR organise un colloque annuel qui rassemble des consultants, experts, responsables d'entreprises et d'organisations publiques et privées. Le thème de cette vingtième édition du colloque 2007 est " La modernisation des services publics et la fécondité des partenariats publics-privés ".
