Abstract

Dans un contexte de concurrence très forte, les entreprises doivent sans cesse améliorer la fiabilité de leurs procédés de production, en élaborer de plus efficaces et rechercher de nouveaux produits. La création de nouvelles fonctions intégrant un enrichissement des tâches et le développement de l'autonomie apparaît comme une réponse à ces besoins. L'objectif de cette étude est d'évaluer l'impact de cette évolution sur la variation de la contribution individuelle des salariés et d'en analyser les facteurs explicatifs.
