Abstract

Il est intéressant de constater qu'actuellement les tendances majeures dans le management des entreprises paraissent orientées vers l'efficacité des structures et l'optimisation du potentiel humain. Pour cela, l'introduction des Technologies de l'Information et de Communication (TIC) au sein des entreprises engage ses cadres à repenser le bien fondé de leur structure et l'application de leur style de management car il semblerait irrationnel de vouloir piloter une entreprise tournée vers les TIC tout en continuant à appliquer des principes de management de type taylorien. Nous définissons les TIC par l'ensemble des technologies informatiques constituées d'outils, de logiciels, de supports permettant d'accéder à l'information, de la traiter, de la modifier et de l'échanger entre différents partenaires sociaux, tout en facilitant sa recherche, sa circulation et sa transmission que ce soit interne, au sein de l'entreprise ou externe provenant de son environnement.
