Abstract

Cette communication est issue d'un travail de thèse de doctorat en début de seconde année. Le projet se situe dans le champ de la Responsabilité Sociétale et du Développement Durable, et propose d'étudier la mesure de la performance globale dans les petites entreprises et organisations. Trop longtemps ignorées par les travaux de recherche en sciences de gestion, les petites entreprises et organisations qui représentent une part très importante de nos modèles socio-économiques, sont confrontées à un paradoxe vis-à-vis du Développement Durable. En effet, il est démontré dans de nombreux travaux sur les petites structures, que celles-ci sont largement guidées par les effets de proximité, alors que le Développement Durable nous incite à prendre en compte l'ensemble des attentes sociétales à moyen terme. Ce projet de recherche ambitionne, grâce à un travail sur la mesure de la performance globale, de proposer des pistes pour gérer ce paradoxe.
