Contribution à l'identification d'une cartographie de l'environnement externe : cas d'une PME familiale Belge

Abstract

En se situant dans le cadre théorique de l'environnement concurrentiel, de l'environnement global et de la veille stratégique, cet article entend identifier les cibles de l'environnement externe sur lesquelles une PME familiale Belge devrait orienter sa vigilance stratégique. En d'autres termes, il s'agit d'apporter des réponses aux questions situées en amont de la collecte des données, à savoir " Quels sont les acteurs à surveiller ? " et " Quels sont les thèmes à surveiller ? ". Les résultats attestent de la difficulté, pour une entreprise, d'identifier une cartographie représentative de son environnement externe pertinent et recensent des items pour lesquels l'entreprise doit renforcer sa vigilance.
