Abstract

Depuis la révolution industrielle, le succès économique a toujours été évalué par la capacité des entreprises à réaliser des économies d'échelle. De ce fait, les entreprises recourent systématiquement à l'accroissement de leur taille, par rachat ou croissance interne. Pour pouvoir maîtriser le pilotage de ses activités de plus en plus sophistiquées, le management accorde une attention soutenue à la mise en place de processus très contrôlés et de règles strictes. Cela est d'autant plus difficile dans le contexte actuel de crise économique et de pérennité de ressources. De ce fait, nous nous sommes penchés sur l'importance de l'étude préalable de ce choix stratégique. En effet, les dirigeants d'entreprise ont toujours considéré les économies d'échelle comme un simple procédé à implanter. Cependant, ce dernier est un véritable processus de changement qui affecte tous les acteurs de l'organisation. Pour réussir la conduite de ce changement les dirigeants d'entreprise ont besoin d'adopter un management des hommes et des activités.
