Abstract

Cet article cherche à expliquer l'évolution dynamique des différents niveaux du gouvernement d'entreprise : le niveau national et le niveau local. L'étude du cas Vodafone/ Mannesmann illustre l'acceptabilité de la grille théorique et donne plus d'épaisseur à certains concepts théoriques.
