Abstract

Cet article a pour objectif de présenter un état de l'art sur le concept de performance dans le cadre des relations coopératives et en particulier les joint-ventures internationales. En effet, cette forme organisationnelle est très répandue depuis les années 80 et les recherches à ce sujet sont prolifiques. De ce fait, il nous a paru important de souligner les écueils ainsi que les limites liés à l'utilisation des indicateurs de mesure de performance. Dans un premier temps, nous présenterons les différentes mesures mobilisées dans la littérature. Par la suite, nous conclurons par une synthèse reprenant les principales critiques qui leur sont adressées.
