Abstract

Pierre Tabatoni a consacré sa carrière universitaire à l'implantation et au développement de l'enseignement et de la recherhe en gestion dans l'Université française. Il est notamment à l'origine des Instituts d'Administration des Entreprises (IAE) et de l'Université Paris-Dauphine. Dans ce long entretien en forme de récit de vie mené et mis en forme par Bernard Colasse et Francis Pavé, il témoigne de ses initiatives et de sa conception du changement organisationnel et social.
