Abstract

Cet article vise à expliquer les déterminants de la flexibilité dans les échanges de service entre fournisseurs et clients. Le cadre théorique est fondé sur la Relational Contracting Theory et l'économie des coûts de transaction. L'étude empirique réalisée montre que la flexibilité est influencée par la relation contractuelle (spécificité des investissements, incertitude comportementale, réciprocité, orientation à long terme), mais aussi par l'environnement de la relation (incertitude environnementale).
