Abstract

Cette communication vise d'une part à préciser le contexte général dans lequel l'Institut d'études sociales (IES) a réalisé les différents travaux relatifs à la validation des acquis des militants syndicaux depuis 1995 et d'autre part à donner un éclairage particulier sur un outil de repérage des compétences, le Passeport Européen de Compétences Syndicales, qui a été conçu prioritairement pour le public syndical et nécessité la construction d'un référentiel spécifique.
