Abstract

L'article propose de mieux comprendre le rôle joué par l'entrepreneur institutionnel dans le processus de changement institutionnel. L'analyse se concentre sur le champ organisationnel de la grande distribution française et sur le rôle joué par Michel-Edouard Leclerc lors de l'émergence de la loi Dutreil-Jacob. En ancrant notre réflexion dans le courant sociologique néo-institutionnel qui insiste sur la dimension discursive du processus institutionnel, nous montrons comment le discours de Leclerc a pu influencer ce processus. Plus précisément, nous analysons le blog qu'il a mis en place et alimenté au moment où la grande distribution française était en proie à ces transformations profondes. Fondée sur les travaux français en pragmatique de la communication, l'analyse identifie les stratégies discursives de Michel- Edouard Leclerc et étudie les stratégies rhétoriques qu'il a adoptées pour légitimer le changement.
