Abstract

La finance peut-elle être durable? Les deux termes sont révélateurs d'aspirations contradictoires : une exigence de performances à court terme d'une part, accrue par l'accélération continue des échanges et, d'autre part, un besoin de pérennité porté par le souci des générations futures. La finance durable ne saurait pourtant être réduite à un artifice de langage, avec pour seule utilité de poser un voile pudique sur certaines pratiques dont l'actualité a montré les limites. Si l'on admet que les crises favorisent les changements de paradigme, alors la notion de finance durable a toutes les chances de prospérer. Selon les contributeurs de cet ouvrage, les questions relatives à la finance durable vont occuper une place sans cesse grandissante dans les années à venir. -Quel sens faut-il donner à la notion de finance durable ? - Quels en sont les défis et les opportunités ? - Comment introduire des investissements durables dans les portefeuilles de clients privés ? - La finance durable vient-elle en opposition ou en complément de la finance conventionnelle ? Pour la première fois, 17 auteurs, économistes reconnus, posent les fondamentaux d'une finance durable. La diversité des points de vue, particulièrement stimulante, permet de dégager une vision prospective. Un livre de référence pour comprendre et accompagner un changement inéluctable.
