L'actualisation du principe "par et pour tous" dans le syndicalisme des industries électrique et gazière

Abstract

L'objectif de cette communication est de présenter le cas d'une structure d'action sociale particulière, puisqu'elle est est dirigée par un conseil d'administration composé d"élus syndicaux et a pour mission de gérer des activités sociales proposés aux salariés de l'entreprise. La longue histoire de ce "comité d'établissement", qui n'en est donc pas vraiment un, témoigne de son rôle moteur pour promouvoir la culture et le bien être des salariés en général. Cela dit, l'exemple de l'action de transformation des métiers de la restauration tend à montrer que les pratiques de gestion et de gouvernement des salariés au service de la structure restent assez "classiques" provoquant une certaine incompréhension. Et au-delà, cela remet en question les conditions de l'organisation d'une "consultation", voire le principe même d'une consultation des salariés à propos de changements qui les concerneront directement.
