Abstract

L'article met en évidence le rôle joué par les ERP dans le pilotage de la performance. Grâce à une méthodologie qualitative, il met en lumière que les fonctionnalités apportées par les ERP ne sont pas le seul élément crucial dans la mise en place d'un ERP. Les co-constructions opérées entre les acteurs et la production de situation de gestion sont des éléments clés. L'utilisation de formes et de médiations permet de faire circuler les représentations. L'outil agit comme déclencheur d'une performance par le changement organisationnel.
