Modélisation dynamique des flux logistiques de la filière avicole française dans un contexte d'influenza aviaire

Abstract

Ce travail vise à étudier les comportements d'une chaîne logistique tout au long d'une filière avicole menacée par des incertitudes fortes pesant aussi bien sur l'offre (propagation de l'influenza aviaire et effets sur l'élevage) que sur la demande (comportement imprévisible du consommateur et effets sur les ventes). Nous analysons la stabilité du système logistique dans un contexte de perturbations exogènes en développant un modèle de simulation continue de dynamique des systèmes de Forrester. Des simulations nous permettent d'observer les mécanismes prééminents pour différents scénarios concernant le degré de développement de l'influenza aviaire et l'évolution de la consommation ainsi que les politiques de régulation et décision. Des analyses de sensibilité sont également menées pour étudier l'influence des délais de réactivité dans la gestion des flux matières sur le comportement global de la filière. Les apports de ce travail pourraient éventuellement intéresser les décideurs d'autres filières agro-alimentaires qui doivent fréquemment faire face à des situations similaires.
