Abstract

In a context of intense struggle against the phenomenon of discrimination, more and more companies are currently undertaking the development of diversity policies. We present in this paper the results of an empirical study which implicate various actors (marketing, consumer human, human resources managers), to confront their perceptions of the policies of diversity with theoretical, political speeches. The final objective is double : appreciate if the policies of diversity are, in facts, subjected to an effect of curl produced by scientific and public theories ; show what can allow, in the practices of firms, an increase of the economic performance of the policies of diversity.
