Abstract

Cet article propose un cadre conceptuel à la notion d'apprentissage interorganisationnel et s'intéresse tout particulièrement à sa mise en œuvre dans le cadre des chaînes logistiques intégrées. Après avoir montré que les pratiques collaboratives influencent positivement la création de valeur pour le client final, l'auteur propose des indicateurs de création de valeur qui pourront être utilisés pour en mesurer les bénéfices sur les acteurs d'une supply chain. Les travaux actuels sur la collaboration dans les chaînes logistiques sont ensuite mobilisés pour mettre en évidence les outils, les compétences et le contexte qui permettent la création d'un réseau apprenant à l'intérieur d'une chaîne logistique. L'auteur analyse dans quelle mesure les pratiques collaboratives peuvent servir de support à un processus d'apprentissage qui s'étend au-delà des frontières d'une seule organisation pour être partagé entre plusieurs partenaires.
