Abstract

La création du G20 est une audacieuse transgression, venue d'Europe. Après 30 ans de consensus de Washington, c'est la pression de l'événement qui donne voie aux initiatives transgressives. Est- ce de la transgression que naîtra la nouvelle gouvernance mondiale qu'appelle la recomposition multipolaire du monde? Comment s'opèrera le passage du « devoir de transgression » évoqué par Christine Lagarde à la règle de droit issue de cette innovation? Qui la rendra sûre et pérenne ? L'Europe même peut-elle accueillir des propositions transgressives?
