Abstract

Ce chapitre s'intéresse à la gestion des ressources humaines et leur niveau de performance au travers d'une étude de cas conduite au sein d'une clinique privée au Bénin. L'objectif de cette recherche est de comprendre le mode de gestion de ce type de structure dans un contexte de gestion souvent informel. Ainsi, dans un premier temps les spécificités du pays et de la gestion informelle sont présentées ainsi que le terrain et la méthodologie de recherche, dans un deuxième temps les résultats de la recherche-action sont développés : état des lieux des pratiques de RH et leurs répercussions sur la qualité des soins et sur les surcoûts supportés par la clinique.
