Abstract

. Nous présentons d'abord les concepts de la Veille Anticipative Stratégique. Puis nous montrons que l'Internet est plutôt un facteur d'échec qu'un facteur de succès de la Veille Stratégique Anticipative. Le risque d'échec provient de l'absence de plusieurs outils manquant dans l'instrumentation du processus de la veille. Les outils manquants concernent l'interprétation des données fournies par la Veille, surtout lorsque ces données sont des signaux faibles. Nous avons mis en évidence trois maillons (outils) manquants. Ces lacunes justifient les nouveaux axes de recherche-intervention de notre laboratoire.
