Abstract

INTRODUCTION La tradition est désormais établie. Tous les deux ans, les journées nationales des IAE donnent lieu à un compte rendu de la production des thèses soutenues dans les universités françaises selon leur discipline. Depuis le premier état des thèses réalisé par Jacques Igalens en 1992, une analyse de la production des thèses en gestion des ressources humaines (GRH) est instituée, sur un rythme biennal. Elle a ainsi été effectuée ultérieurement par nos collègues Pierre Louart en 1994, Eric Vateville en 1996, Géraldine Schmidt en 1998, David Alis en 2002 et Didier Retour en 2004. Nous présentons ici l'état réalisé à l'occasion des journées nationales des IAE tenues à Lille en septembre 2008 et qui a également fait l'objet d'un atelier doctoral lors du congrès AGRH de Dakar en novembre 2008. Cet inventaire couvre exceptionnellement une période plus longue que la périodicité annoncée plus haut : il s'agit d'une analyse des thèses soutenues sur quatre années, entre 2004 et 2007.
