    Abstract

    La réflexion stratégique individuelle n'est possible que si l'alphabétisme stratégique de l'acteur est suffisamment développé pour lui permettre de comprendre la stratégie de son organisation et donc les opportunités potentielles. Ceci est déterminé par les interactions entre les contextes individuel et stratégique. Le passage d'un niveau individuel à un niveau organisationnel de réflexion stratégique dépend ensuite de deux éléments : la volonté et la capacité de l'individu à s'insérer dans le processus stratégique. La volonté d'un acteur de s'impliquer dans la démarche stratégique de son entreprise est appréhendée par le biais des contextes individuel et organisationnel. Enfin, la capacité d'un individu à participer activement à l'élaboration ou à l'évolution de la stratégie de son organisation dépend des contextes organisationnel et stratégique.
