Abstract

Après avoir souligné l'intérêt et mis en perspective les différentes méthodes de choix multicritères et plus particulièrement l'une d'entre elles (la méthode de l'utilité multi-attribut ; section 1), le caractère stratégique de la localisation d'un investissement énergétique est analysé au travers des avantages et des inconvénients propres aux « plates-formes » industrialo-portuaires en compétition (section 2). Enfin, la méthode précédemment exposée fait l'objet d'une application en matière de stockage des produits énergétiques fossiles sur la base d'une procédure de benchmarking territorial (englobant 17 indicateurs) en discriminant trois grandes plates-formes régionales françaises, localisées respectivement en Provence, en Normandie et dans le Nord de la France (section 3).
