Abstract

Cet article se concentre sur le risque informationnel associé aux Systèmes d'Information de Gestion. Il propose de Lobiliser la méthode AMDEC - Analyse des Modes de Défaillance, de leurs Effets et de leur Criticité - de façon à mieux détecter et résoudre ce type de risque. Trois cas de dysfonctionnements en gestion industrielle sont étudiés dans un groupe multisitls du domaine de la mécanique. Les éléments de diagnostic et de réàlution proposés par la méthode AMDEC permettent de souligner son intérêt pour réduire cL type'd" risque à un niveau qui soit acceptable pour les entreprises.
