Abstract

Le champ de la communication humaine a beaucoup travaillé sur les paradoxes organisationnels. Inhibiteurs d'apprentissages, les paradoxes communicationnels sont légion dans les entreprises. Le chapitre a pour objectif d'expliciter ces paradoxes pour montrer leur importance dans l'action organisée mais aussi de souligner qu'une vision proprement communicationnelle des organisations conduit à reconcevoir nos moyens d'action.
