Abstract

L'article interprète, dans une approche institutionnaliste néo-libérale en Economie Politique Internationale, le processus institutionnel au sein de l'ASEAN+3. Il s'appuie sur la transposition à l'échelle régionale de deux concepts : celui de bien public international, qui permet de qualifier la volonté des pays de mettre en place leurs propres dispositifs monétaires et financiers, et celui de régime international, désignant les modalités de production de ce bien public.
