Abstract

Les analyses traditionnelles des politiques publiques de l'emploi portent généralement sur les objectifs ou l'impact des mesures sur l'emploi, le chômage et les bénéficiaires. Elles portent plus rarement sur leur mise en oeuvre. l'ouvrage traite précisément de ce dernier aspect de l'évaluation et par là-même est amené à prendre en considération la dimension territorialisée du marché du travail. Il en ressort que la "capacité mobilisatrice" des acteurs institutionnels chargés de l'application des dispositifs pour l'emploi peut influencer l'efficacité des mesures.
