Abstract

Dans un contexte de lutte intense contre le phénomène de discrimination, de plus en plus d'entreprises s'engagent actuellement dans le développement de politiques de diversité anthropique. Il s'agit dans cet article de présenter de manière synthétique une étude empirique menée auprès de divers acteurs (responsables en ressources humaines, responsables marketing, consommateurs), afin de confronter leurs représentations de la performance des politiques de diversité aux discours théoriques d'une part, politiques et médiatiques d'autre part. L'objectif final est double : apprécier si les politiques de diversité sont, dans les faits, soumises à un effet de boucle produit par les théories scientifiques et publiques ; en tirer les enseignements afin de permettre, dans les pratiques d'entreprises, un accroissement de la performance économique des politiques de diversité anthropique
