Abstract

L'objectif de ce séminaire était de présenter les fondements de l'organisation par projets. Plus précisément, l'objectif de ma présentation était d'offrir des réponses concrètes, en tout cas je l'espère, aux questions suivantes : qu'est-ce que l'organisation par projets ? Pourquoi sa mise en place ? Quels sont les bénéfices attendus de ce type d'organisation ? Quelles sont les actions mises en œuvre par les managers pour accompagner ce changement organisationnel ? Quelles sont les difficultés managériales rencontrées par les acteurs lors de la mise en place de l'organisation par projets ?Pour répondre à ces questions, je me suis appuyée sur l'étude du cas d'une entreprise organisée depuis sa création de manière fonctionnelle, et qui a décidé de restructurer son activité de développement de produits selon le mode projet : l'entreprise ARKOPHARMA. Ce cas offre une riche illustration des raisons de cette restructuration, des leviers d'accompagnement et des difficultés rencontrées lors de ce changement.
