La "responsabilité sociale de l'entreprise", quelques enjeux d'économie politique internationale

Abstract

La transnationalisation est un phénomène marquant de la mondialisation depuis quarante ans, qui pose des problèmes sociaux et environnementaux aux niveaux national et international. La "responsabilité sociale des entreprises" est-elle une réponse adaptée à ce problème de régulation ? Cette communication rappelle d'abord les conditions nécessaires -économiques et politiques- pour que le marché intègre les normes de qualité modifiant le comportement des firmes. En mobilisant ensuite certains outils de l'économie politique internationale, on s'interroge sur la réalisation de ces conditions, qui dépend notamment de l'action publique.
