Abstract

A travers cet article, nous nous interrogeons sur les tenants et les aboutissants de la politique pétrolière Bolivarienne, c'est-à-dire de la politique pétrolière initiée par le gouvernement Chavez. Quid de l'activité pétrolière et gazière au Venezuela ? Quid des rapports entre les différents acteurs de l'industrie ? Quid des initiatives d'intégrations régionales et de coopération avec les industries des pays du sud ? Afin de répondre aux questions posées, nous développons un argumentaire autour de deux points. Nous traitons dans un premier point de la dimension domestique de la politique pétrolière bolivarienne. Ensuite, dans un second point, nous traitons de la dimension régionale et internationale de la politique pétrolière bolivarienne.
