Abstract

This communication displays the case of a new information technology implementation in a specific organization. This new IT has implied problems in terms of knowledge sharing. This case has been analyzed using the concept of resiliency. We can see how the organization has created a new procedure inspired by an old one. To conclude, we propose paths for new researches.
