Abstract

Le premier janvier 2008 inaugure une nouvelle phase dans la politique de coopération économique pour le développement de l'Union européenne (UE), phase caractérisée par la ratification d'accords de partenariat économique (APE) avec les économies d'Afrique, Caraïbes et Pacifique (ACP). Les APE sonnent le glas de la dimension commerciale contenue dans les accords de Cotonou et redéfinissent la forme et la substance des rapports qu'entretiennent les vingt-sept membres de l'UE avec les soixante-dix-huit pays du groupe ACP.
