Abstract

Le lobbying des entreprises auprès des décideurs publics est une pratique de plus en plus courante aujourd'hui mais peu étudiée en Europe. L'étude présentée cherche en particulier à savoir si les actions destinées à influencer les décisions des pouvoirs publics permettent aux entreprises d'être plus performantes. Pour répondre à cette question elle présente la manière dont les sociétés françaises mènent leurs opérations de lobbying (construction d'une base de données de 1995 à 2000 et analyse des données), puis les conséquences de ces opérations sur les résultats boursiers des sociétés (étude d'événement et ANOVA).
