Abstract

Ce papier se propose d'étudier le processus de création dans les équipes virtuelles globales (EVGs) et de déterminer les facteurs qui pourraient favoriser ou inhiber leur créativité. Une étude de cas menée auprès de 25 EVGs participant au projet CCIP a permis de repérer six phases dans le processus de création dans les EVGs : la préparation, la génération, l'incubation, l'émanation, la sélection et la finalisation. Le processus de création peut être appréhendé comme une suite d'interactions entre le conscient et l'inconscient des équipes. La créativité semble être conditionnée par deux facteurs : l'émanation et l'usage de la technologie.
