Patriotisme économique et nationalisation : les deux faces d'une même pièce

Abstract

Cet article s'appuie sur le cas de la fusion Suez-GDF pour illustrer en quoi les principes du patriotisme économiques ne sont pas si éloignés de ceux des nationalisations. Dans tous les cas il s'agit de protéger les entreprises françaises des opérations de fusions & acquisitions étrangères. Au passage, la renationalisation complète d'EDF et de GDF pour en faire un pôle public de l'énergie est chiffrée à 15 milliards d'euros. L'article montre ainsi la grande continuité de la pensée économique des dirigeants politiques français et leur difficulté à admettre un monde qui bouge.
