Abstract

Peu de contributions économiques s'intéressent uniquement au réseau ferroviaire par rapport à celles, plus nombreuses, traitant du transport ferroviaire. Cette contribution se concentrera sur le volet « réseau » de la réforme ferroviaire en tentant de justifier une segmentation spatiale et une régionalisation des réseaux ferroviaires.Elle s'appuie sur quatre leçons :- Qu'est-ce qu'un réseau ferroviaire ?- Monopole naturel et réseau ferroviaire : quelle remise en cause ?- Réforme ferroviaire et impact spatial- Expériences internationales de régionalisation des réseaux ferrés.
