Abstract

Après un historique rapide du système d'approvisionnement pharmaceutique au Maroc, ce rapport étudie la structure du système d'approvisionnement ainsi que le fonctionnement du circuit d'approvisionnement. Il s'attache ensuite à l'analyse des performances des procédures et leurs résultats sur la qualité, les prix et coût et sur la disponibilité des médicaments. Enfin, il établit une série de propositions afin d'améliorer le système. La stratégie possible est une restructuration du mode d'organisation, une amélioration du système actuel, tout en tenant compte des moyens et des ressources existantes.
