Financeirização do Sudesenvolvimento: o modelo Furtado-Goodwin e a estagnação LatinoAmericana

Abstract

La financiarización que alcanza los países latinoamericanos revela la pérdida de dinamismo que vienen sufriendo éstos desde el agotamiento del proceso substitución des importaciones. Bajo esta perspectiva, se desarrolla a largo plazo una dinámica cíclica sui generis, cuando surge un proceso de acumulación irregular que interviene con la evolución de la relación capitalproducto y con la concentración de las rentas al nivel de la distribución funcional. La financiarización impone una situación de volatilidad a los ciclos de crecimiento de tal manera que induce la tendencia hacia el estancamiento. El problema del desarrollo latinoamericano vuelve a tomar así los senderos de la macrodinámica estructuralista.
